With a journey that spans from the vibrant kitchens of Brazil to the culinary crossroads of Europe, my cooking tells a story of tradition meeting innovation. Every dish I create is a chapter in this ongoing exploration of flavor, technique, and connection.
My name is Marcus Stoll. My culinary path began formally with a graduation in Gastronomy from Senac in 2010, but the seeds were planted much earlier, watching my grandparents in their kitchen. That early fascination grew into a lifelong passion.
I built my foundation as an intern at the Sheraton Hotel in Porto Alegre, Brazil. From there, I honed my skills in various restaurants and events, eventually earning the role of Head Chef at Vinum Enoteca. In 2014, driven by a desire for new horizons, I moved to Ireland.
