Failure to appear on the scheduled day and time for the experience will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate.
Refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled experience: 100% refund.
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled experience: 50% refund.
- Cancellation with less than 2 days’ notice before the scheduled experience: No refund will be issued.
Requesting a postponement or date change after purchase is subject to availability. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, the refund rules described above will apply.
